Return and Exchange Policy
At Ikokart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please carefully read the following terms regarding our return and exchange policy.
ReturnsReturn & Refund policy: Customers can request a return or refund within 2 business days from the date of purchase. This ensures ample time for customers to assess their purchases and initiate returns if necessary. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 5 business days. Once approved it may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account
- • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, you must provide a 360-degree unboxing video showing the damage clearly. This video is necessary to verify that the product was damaged during shipping or before arrival.
Note: Returns are only accepted for damaged items. No other return reasons will be accepted.
We allow cancellations of orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note the following:
- •Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
- •How to Cancel: Customers can easily cancel their order by visiting the "Orders" section of their account and selecting the cancel option within the 24-hour window.
- •Refunds: Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- •Exceptions: if the order has already been processed cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refund processing: We ensure quality product and expect quality returns. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us using the details present at Contact Us
Shipping Policy:The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable
ExchangesWe offer exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
- • Size or Color Mismatch: If you receive a product in the wrong size or color than what you ordered, you may request an exchange.
- • Wrong Product: If the product you received does not match the product you ordered, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one.
- • Damaged Products: In cases where the product is damaged upon arrival, we will exchange the item for the same product, provided that you submit a 360-degree unboxing video as proof of damage.
- • All exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.
- • You must provide a 360-degree unboxing video as evidence for any size, color mismatch, wrong product, or damaged product claims.
- • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- • Contact our customer service team at support@ikokart.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
- • Provide your order id, a description of the issue, and the 360-degree unboxing video of the product.
- • Our team will review your request and respond with instructions for returning or exchanging the product.
- • Unboxing Video: IA 360-degree unboxing video is required for any return or exchange request. This video should clearly show the packaging and condition of the product upon opening.
- • Time Limit: All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.
- • Shipping Costs: For exchanges due to size or color mismatch, or wrong product, Ikokart will cover the shipping costs. However, if the product is returned due to damage, shipping costs may be covered after reviewing the case.
- • Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or without a valid unboxing video.
- • Products returned after the 2-day return/exchange window has closed.
